We have moved Nathanael LLC's client area to a new billing system that we built and run ourselves. Everything you had before came with you: your account, contacts, services, domains, invoices, payment history and credit balance.
What's better
- Faster everywhere. Pages load quickly, and the whole area works properly on a phone.
- Clearer invoices. Each invoice shows exactly what it covers, what you have paid and what is left, and you can download it as a PDF at any time.
- Easier sign-in. Ask for a sign-in link by email instead of typing a password, and turn on two-factor authentication from your profile for extra protection.
- One login for your team. Add colleagues as users on your account and choose what each of them can see and do.
- Dark and light themes, whichever you prefer.
What you need to do
Nothing, in most cases. Sign in with your usual email address. If your old password doesn't work, choose Email link on the sign-in page and we will send you a link to get in, then set a new password from your profile.
If anything looks wrong or is missing, open a ticket and we will put it right.
